制氮機提取氮氣的技術(shù)原理你知道嗎?

制氮機的變壓吸附技術(shù)是一種的氣體分離技術(shù)。

其提取氮氣主要原理是:由于空氣中氧、氮兩種氣體分子在碳分子篩表面微孔的擴散速率不同,直徑較小的氧分子擴散較快,較多的進入分子篩固相(微孔),直徑較大的氮分子擴散較慢,進入分子篩固相(微孔)也較小,這樣,在氣相中就得到氮的富集成份;在吸附平衡情況下,空氣壓力越高,則碳分子篩的吸附量越大;反之壓力越低,則吸附量越小。

經(jīng)過凈化干燥的壓縮空氣,制氮機利用碳分子篩對壓縮空氣中氧氮的選擇吸附性,運用動力學(xué)效應(yīng),氧在碳分子篩微孔中擴散速率大于氮,在吸附未達到平衡時,氮在氣相中被富集起來,形成成品氮氣,然后經(jīng)減壓至常壓,吸附劑脫附的氧氣等雜質(zhì),實現(xiàn)再生,一般在系統(tǒng)中設(shè)置兩個吸附塔,一塔吸附產(chǎn)生氮,另一塔脫附再生,通過PLC程序控制氣動閥的啟閉,使兩塔交替循環(huán),以實現(xiàn)連續(xù)生產(chǎn)高品質(zhì)氮氣,也可以間接生產(chǎn),啟動和調(diào)整很快。
