一、油循環(huán)系統(tǒng)：在啟動(dòng)前，首先啟動(dòng)油泵控制系統(tǒng)，油泵控制系統(tǒng)啟動(dòng)后保證空壓機(jī)各潤(rùn)滑部件潤(rùn)滑良好，同時(shí)油泵控制系統(tǒng)可通過(guò)內(nèi)置的溫控閥來(lái)調(diào)節(jié)內(nèi)部油壓和油溫，以滿足系統(tǒng)需要。

1、 Oil circulation system: before starting, the oil pump control system should be started first. After the oil pump control system is started, all lubricating parts of the air compressor can be well lubricated. At the same time, the oil pump control system can adjust the internal oil pressure and oil temperature through the built-in temperature control valve to meet the needs of the system.

二、氣路循環(huán)系統(tǒng)：壓縮機(jī)工作時(shí)，空氣經(jīng)過(guò)自潔式空氣過(guò)濾器被吸入，通過(guò)PLC自動(dòng)清洗過(guò)濾器，空氣在經(jīng)過(guò)進(jìn)口導(dǎo)葉自動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)后進(jìn)入壓縮，經(jīng)壓縮后的氣體溫度較高，然后進(jìn)入中間冷卻器進(jìn)行冷卻(水走管內(nèi)，氣走管外，中冷器的水流量要求為110m/h)之后。進(jìn)入二級(jí)壓縮系統(tǒng)，為避免系統(tǒng)中的氣體倒入壓縮腔內(nèi)(避免帶壓起動(dòng))在壓縮機(jī)的排氣管道安裝有一只懸掛全啟式止回閥，壓縮機(jī)排出的氣體推開(kāi)止回閥進(jìn)入排氣消聲器，然后進(jìn)入冷器，二級(jí)后冷器，再進(jìn)入排氣主管道。

2、 Air circulation system: when the compressor is working, air is sucked through self-cleaning air filter and cleaned automatically by PLC. The air enters into compression after automatic adjustment of inlet guide vane. The compressed gas temperature is higher, and then it enters the intercooler for cooling (water goes in the pipe, gas goes outside the pipe, and the water flow of intercooler is required to be 110m / h). When entering the secondary compression system, in order to avoid the gas in the system from pouring into the compression cavity (to avoid starting with pressure), a suspended full open check valve is installed in the exhaust pipe of the compressor. The gas discharged from the compressor pushes the check valve open to enter the exhaust muffler, then enters the cooler, the secondary aftercooler and then enters the main exhaust pipe.

三、水路循環(huán)系統(tǒng)：冷卻水通過(guò)管道進(jìn)入空壓機(jī)中間冷卻器對(duì)壓縮排出的氣體進(jìn)行冷卻降溫，再進(jìn)入后冷器對(duì)排氣進(jìn)行冷卻，另一路冷卻水進(jìn)水管道經(jīng)過(guò)主電機(jī)上部的兩組換熱器冷卻電機(jī)繞組，還有一路對(duì)油冷卻器進(jìn)行冷卻。

3、 Water circulation system: the cooling water enters the intermediate cooler of the air compressor through the pipeline to cool the compressed exhaust gas, and then enters the aftercooler to cool the exhaust gas. The other cooling water inlet pipe cools the motor winding through the two groups of heat exchangers on the upper part of the main motor, and one way cools the oil cooler.

四、配電系統(tǒng)：空壓機(jī)為2000kW高壓電機(jī)（10kV）采用全壓?jiǎn)?dòng)，控制柜為戶內(nèi)交流、金屬鎧裝抽出式開(kāi)關(guān)設(shè)備，開(kāi)關(guān)設(shè)備由固定的柜體和可抽出部件即手車兩大部分組成，實(shí)現(xiàn)控制、保護(hù)、監(jiān)測(cè)的目的，具有“五防”功能。

4、 Power distribution system: the air compressor is 2000kW high-voltage motor (10kV), which adopts full voltage starting. The control cabinet is indoor AC and metal armored draw out switch equipment. The switch equipment is composed of fixed cabinet and extractable parts, namely handcart, to realize the purpose of control, protection and monitoring, and has the function of "five prevention".

五、屏保護(hù)系統(tǒng)：信號(hào)裝置分為事故信號(hào)和預(yù)告信號(hào)兩種。事故信號(hào)的主要任務(wù)是在斷路器事故跳閘時(shí)，能及時(shí)地發(fā)出音響信號(hào)，并使相應(yīng)的斷路器燈光位置信號(hào)閃光。預(yù)告信號(hào)的主要任務(wù)是在運(yùn)行設(shè)備發(fā)生異常現(xiàn)象時(shí)，瞬時(shí)或延時(shí)發(fā)出音響信號(hào)，并使光字牌顯示出異常現(xiàn)象的內(nèi)容。

5、 Screen protection system: signal device is divided into accident signal and warning signal. The main task of the accident signal is to send out sound signal in time and flash the corresponding light position signal of the circuit breaker when the circuit breaker trips. The main task of the warning signal is to send out the sound signal instantaneously or delay in case of the abnormal phenomenon of the running equipment, and make the light plate display the content of the abnormal phenomenon.

六、直流電源系統(tǒng)：全自動(dòng)免維護(hù)鉛酸蓄電池直流電源成套設(shè)備，由充電裝置屏，直流饋電屏和蓄電池組成，具有自動(dòng)穩(wěn)流，自動(dòng)穩(wěn)壓，自動(dòng)調(diào)壓等功能，為信號(hào)屏和高壓控制系統(tǒng)提供電源。

6、 DC power supply system: a complete set of automatic maintenance free lead-acid battery DC power supply equipment, which is composed of charging device panel, DC feed panel and battery, has the functions of automatic current stabilization, automatic voltage stabilization and automatic voltage regulation, providing power for signal panel and high-voltage control system.

七、DTC控制系統(tǒng)：DTC控制屏是空壓機(jī)的“大腦”，各類現(xiàn)場(chǎng)傳感器的數(shù)值，匯總至DTC控制屏，在DTC控制屏上顯示各類運(yùn)行參數(shù)，并監(jiān)視空壓機(jī)各部分的運(yùn)行狀態(tài)，當(dāng)某些參數(shù)超出允許范圍時(shí)，DTC會(huì)發(fā)出相應(yīng)的報(bào)警或自動(dòng)使空壓機(jī)停機(jī)。

7、 DTC control system: the DTC control panel is the "brain" of the air compressor. The values of various field sensors are summarized to the DTC control panel. Various operating parameters are displayed on the DTC control panel, and the operation status of each part of the air compressor is monitored. When some parameters exceed the allowable range, DTC will send out corresponding alarm or automatically shut down the air compressor.
