冷凍式干燥機與吸附式干燥機的區(qū)別

干燥機通過加熱使物料中的濕分汽化逸出,以獲得規(guī)定濕含量的固體物料。干燥的目的是為了滿足物料使用或進一步加工的需要。

1、工作原理上的不同

冷干機是根據(jù)冷凍除 濕原理,將來自上游的飽和壓縮空氣通過與冷媒的熱交換冷 卻到一定的溫度,凝析出大量的液態(tài)水,經(jīng)氣液分離器分離后自動排出機外,從而達到除水干燥的目的。吸干機則是根據(jù)變壓吸附的原理,將來自上游的飽和壓縮空氣在一定的壓力下經(jīng)過與干燥劑的接觸,將絕大部分的水份吸附在干燥劑里,干燥空氣進入下游工作,從而達到深 度干燥的目的。
