冷卻系統(tǒng)對空壓機的影響,空壓機運行的核心部分是壓縮??諌簷C在壓縮過程中消耗技術(shù)功會產(chǎn)生大量的熱量,這些熱量影響著空壓機運行。在空壓機運行中,冷卻器管束進入很多雜物,如塑料袋、填料碎片、焊渣等,這些雜物極容易造成冷卻器管路堵塞,降低冷卻效率。例如我車間離心機運行時,出現(xiàn)過焊渣、塑料袋和填料等雜物堵塞冷卻器,這些都是在施工中未做好防護,使這些雜物進入到冷卻器中。
The influence of cooling system on air compressor, the core part of air compressor operation is compression. Air compressor consumes technical work in the compression process, which will produce a lot of heat, which affects the operation of air compressor. During the operation of the air compressor, there are many impurities in the cooler tube bundle, such as plastic bags, filler fragments, welding slag, etc. these impurities are very easy to cause the blockage of the cooler pipeline and reduce the cooling efficiency. For example, during the operation of centrifuges in our workshop, welding slag, plastic bags, fillers and other debris blocked the cooler, which were not well protected during the construction, so that these debris entered the cooler.
冷卻效果對空壓機的影響:
Influence of cooling effect on air compressor:
1)使用壽命縮短:空壓機冷卻效果羞,會導(dǎo)致很多問題,如:(a)油溫升高使?jié)櫥妥兿《鴫毫档?,?dǎo)致空壓機壓縮機頭潤滑效果下降,機頭零件磨損加劇使用壽命縮短。 (b)如果初級壓縮的高溫空氣未被冷卻器完全冷卻或冷卻不到適合的溫度,不僅會增加下一級壓縮過程所需的技術(shù)功,還會使壓縮機頭疲勞損壞的安全隱患。
1) Shortening of service life: the cooling effect of the air compressor is poor, which will lead to many problems, such as: (a) the increase of oil temperature makes the lubricating oil thin and the pressure decreases, which leads to the decrease of the lubrication effect of the compressor head, the aggravation of the wear of the head parts, and the shortening of the service life. (b) If the primary compressed high temperature air is not completely cooled by the cooler or the cooling temperature is not suitable, it will not only increase the technical work required for the next stage of compression process, but also cause the compressor head fatigue damage.
2)維修保養(yǎng)周期變短:空壓機冷卻效果差,會導(dǎo)致空壓機溫度升高,油與空氣中的灰塵在高溫下產(chǎn)生油垢等膠狀混合物,而這些物質(zhì)又很容易污染、損壞相關(guān)配件,導(dǎo)致空壓機維修保養(yǎng)周期變短。
2) Shorter maintenance cycle: poor cooling effect of air compressor will lead to higher temperature of air compressor, oil and dust in the air will produce colloidal mixture such as oil scale under high temperature, and these substances are easy to pollute and damage related accessories, which will lead to shorter maintenance cycle of air compressor.
3)工作效率降低:當冷卻系統(tǒng)水溫過高,壓縮空氣在冷卻器中未被完全冷卻或冷卻不到位,使壓縮空氣在壓縮機頭中的高溫膨脹,導(dǎo)致吸氣量降低,排氣量也降低,整個空壓機工作效率降低。
3) Working efficiency reduction: when the water temperature of the cooling system is too high, the compressed air is not completely cooled in the cooler or the cooling is not in place, which causes the high temperature expansion of the compressed air in the compressor head, resulting in the reduction of suction volume, exhaust volume and the working efficiency of the whole air compressor.
