在線留言空壓機(jī)的起停通常由氣壓自動(dòng)開(kāi)關(guān)(氣壓繼電器)直接帶動(dòng)交流接觸器對(duì)電動(dòng)機(jī)實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)控制。而氣壓自動(dòng)開(kāi)關(guān)大多數(shù)采用機(jī)械式結(jié)構(gòu),利用彈簧壓縮與釋放能量操動(dòng)觸點(diǎn)。也許是氣壓自動(dòng)開(kāi)關(guān)的先天缺乏或因調(diào)節(jié)不當(dāng)、機(jī)震等不同原因的影響。

空壓機(jī)一般沒(méi)有自動(dòng)排氣裝置。停機(jī)后自動(dòng)排氣降壓,當(dāng)氣壓達(dá)到設(shè)定壓力時(shí)。預(yù)置下次空載起動(dòng),排氣閥失靈后,空壓機(jī)缸內(nèi)氣壓不能釋放,等于電動(dòng)機(jī)帶載起動(dòng),可能造成起動(dòng)困難或堵轉(zhuǎn)故障。

重負(fù)荷停機(jī):空壓機(jī)的停機(jī),與其他設(shè)備不同,都是達(dá)到設(shè)定上限最大壓力時(shí)停機(jī)。交流接觸器在接受重負(fù)荷、大電流下分段動(dòng)作。此時(shí)拉弧火花最為嚴(yán)重,對(duì)交流接觸器損壞造成很大威脅,由于交流接觸器損壞,將引發(fā)電源性質(zhì)故障。如不平衡(缺相)等運(yùn)行狀態(tài)。
