羅茨鼓風機和螺桿鼓風機的區(qū)別在哪里

羅茨鼓風機和螺桿鼓風機都是屬于容積式風機,如果兩者要進行比較的話,可以簡單歸結(jié)為壓縮原理的不同,螺桿鼓風機的節(jié)能、穩(wěn)定、低噪優(yōu)勢更為突出。

羅茨鼓風機在運轉(zhuǎn)和輸送空氣的過程中,轉(zhuǎn)子間的腔體不發(fā)生容積變化,壓力來自于把大量的空氣強制送入一個體積比較小的外部腔體中,如:管道或儲氣罐中,外部腔體中空氣的密度不斷提高,從而產(chǎn)生壓力,通常稱之為“外壓縮”。

而螺桿鼓風機的工作原理就跟羅茨鼓風機有些區(qū)別了,空氣同樣是吸進來,再排出去,吸氣時,螺桿和螺桿之間的空腔是大的,隨著螺桿轉(zhuǎn)子的轉(zhuǎn)動,腔體體積會逐漸變小,當氣體排出去后,腔體容積會變得很小很小。也就是說,在旋轉(zhuǎn)過程中,就相當于把2m3的氣壓縮成1m3的氣,壓力隨之就提高,也就是說這個壓力的提升不是來自于外圍的管網(wǎng),而是來自于主機腔體內(nèi)部容腔的變化,也就是所謂的內(nèi)壓縮。

螺桿鼓風機采用的內(nèi)壓縮所需功耗要遠遠低于羅茨鼓風機采用的外壓縮,而且內(nèi)壓縮過程是連續(xù)漸進的,氣流脈動要低于羅茨鼓風機,所以螺桿鼓風機的噪音及穩(wěn)定性也均優(yōu)于羅茨鼓風機。
